When Will I Receive My Order?

Every order is 100% handcrafted just for you!  To ensure a high-quality design and customer satisfaction, please allow up to 7-21 business days for custom production and an additional 5-10 business days for shipping and delivery for orders shipped within the USA.  All international orders (anywhere outside the USA) please allow 14-21 days delivery time.  All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ohio, USA.  

How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided at checkout.  Once your order has been processed at the shipping facility a tracking number will be issued.  Please allow up to 7-15 business days to receive a tracking number.  You can track your order by going to https://apps.apple.com/us/app/route-package-tracker/id1449803898 and entering the tracking number that was emailed to you.

 

My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected...

We strive to always provide the best experience for our customers, however once an order leaves our facility we no longer have control of it, therefore any shipping concerns must be brought to the attention of the courier. The majority of our orders ship by UPS or USPS (if located within the United States). When you search your tracking number you will be able to see which company is responsible for your package.
